Doctors’ offices

Comment Icon0 At the turn of the 20th century, doctors’ offices began to appear in growing cities like Youngstown. The offices were small and simple, since many doctors continued to make house calls as well.

Comment Icon0 Dr. Ray Fenton graduated from the College of Medicine at The Ohio State University and established a private practice in Struthers, OH around 1915.  Listen to him describe his first office and his work as a general practitioner in a small town.
